Recently, I’ve been drawn to getting back to the “basics” of manifesting, only I feel like this full circle of mine is actually taking place at a higher level of understanding than I had before.
I always knew that manifesting took place in the formless before it appeared here in the physical, but I’m aware now that it can be even more effortless than I previously understood it to be (and it was pretty effortless even then)!
In addition to that, I’ve been navigating through new life experiences that trigger my fear response more often. While on the one hand, it makes me feel that manifesting is more difficult due to this, there’s another part of me that knows there’s no difference.
It all comes back to the same answer, which is FEELING. Not thinking, figuring out, taking action, understanding…because it’s all only created from feeling.
What is effortless manifestation?
Effortless manifesting does actually involve effort, but it’s focused on feeling rather than doing. Even within the world of manifestation, there’s a lot of programming around “taking action” or controlling your thoughts.
Action isn’t bad, it just isn’t the secret ingredient when it comes to manifesting. Sure, we take action every day because we live in here the physical, which is why it’s so ingrained in our programming that action must be taken for manifesting to work.
You can’t help but take action anyway since you’re in the physical, so it’s not something you even have to focus on. Action in some form will be taken every day, especially the higher in frequency you go. A happy, inspired person is going to take action of some kind, whether it appears productive or not. So figuring out the action you should take isn’t your job.
Effortless manifestation is centered around feeling good. Feeling good is your ONLY job. As I mentioned before, this does require effort when you’re used to focusing on the negative and complaining a lot. But even still, you don’t have to go from zero to a hundred to shift your frequency, as we’ll discuss later in the article.
What is the secret of effortless manifesting?
The secret of effortless manifesting is FEELING GOOD. When you feel good, you shift into higher frequencies and become magnetic to all the good things you want to experience.
It may seem too simple, but that’s all there is to it. You don’t even have to know what you want to manifest your highest good. Every time you dislike something, you automatically create a version of the opposite that is now in your highest timeline.
When you feel good, you raise in frequency, which naturally and effortlessly moves you forward into your always-evolving and ever-expanding highest timeline.
We FEEL things into existence, which is why it doesn’t matter what it is you want to manifest–you only want to manifest it because you think it will make you feel good, as Abraham-Hicks always says. We’re always after the good feeling a manifestation will bring us, so when you feel good now, it doesn’t matter where you’re at–you WILL be moved towards your highest timeline.
In this way, it’s effortless because when you feel good, you are naturally drawn to people, places, and actions that move you forward and into the experiences you want to have.
How do you manifest easily?
To manifest easily, you focus on feeling good. This is a daily, ongoing practice that will help you to navigate stressful/scary/triggering/annoying situations. Everything you see before you now that you don’t like is just old debris that will be cleared out as you focus on feeling good.
Here are four ways to do The Practice every day.
1. Know that your highest timeline exists
Let’s start here. Your highest timeline is the version of you that exists who is living everything good you’ve ever wanted to experience. As I said previously, it is an always-evolving and ever-expanding reality where you are thriving, happy, and full of life-force energy.
KNOW THIS. When you are sick, a healthy version of you is created in your highest timeline. When you are broke, a wealthy version of you is created. When you are desiring a partner, a coupled version of you is created.
This is why you don’t need to know what you want to manifest because you are always creating just from living your life experience and noticing what you do and don’t like/want.
Understand and know that you are always moving forward in life because your higher self is attracting for you 24/7. This is why we feel negative emotions because they're letting us know that we’re in resistance and that our higher self doesn’t see the situation we’re looking at the same way we do.
When you feel negative emotions about anything, all you have to know is “My higher self sees this situation differently than I do.” While you’re down in the maze and can’t see around the corner, your higher self has a bird’s eye view and can see that you are just steps away from an amazing manifestation, which is why they aren’t worried!
The bad feeling is equivalent to your higher self letting you know, “It’s not that serious, lighten up and trust me.”
2. Remain calm & let it pass
Part of The Practice of feeling good is remaining calm and not reacting when things pop up in your experience that you don’t like.
It’s similar to how you react when something comes across your algorithm you don’t like. If you click on it, scroll through all the comments, comment yourself, etc, all the algorithm knows is that you must’ve liked that content because you engaged so much.
This is how the law of attraction works. So instead of engaging, you keep swiping. In tough situations that don’t feel good, remain calm and quiet, and let them pass. Situations we don’t prefer are simply not aligned with our highest timeline and are making their way out of our realities if we don’t engage.
This means you don’t talk endlessly about it, complain, try to figure out why it’s happening or how to make it go away, etc. You just get quiet, relax your body, and let it pass. You know that storms don’t last forever and that you just have to wait them out. You KNOW the sun always comes back out again.
It’s no different with what’s appearing before us in our realities. We have to trust that we are always moving forward and practice being non-reactive to things we don’t wish to continue experiencing.
When you experience something that upsets you, remain calm and trust that it will work itself out and move out of your experience. There’s nothing you need to understand or figure out–just let it go.
3. Practice feeling good
You trust you’re always moving towards your highest timeline. You let upsetting things pass without trying to figure them out or reacting. And you practice FEELING GOOD.
This practice is self-love. You focus on what makes you feel happy in all moments. This doesn’t have to be grand or overly indulgent. Here are some simple things I do that make me really happy:
- doing my nails
- putting my phone out of sight
- making my favorite food
- going for walks
- journaling
- spending time with my kids
- reading
- going to the gym
- putting on a pretty outfit
- calling my grandma
- cleaning and getting chores done
- going to bed early
- making a weekly to-do list
- pulling oracle cards
- watching movies
- listening to music
- petting my cats or dog
- taking a silent bath or shower
These are all extremely simple, everyday things that make me feel good as well as more connected to myself. It’s important to focus on yourself rather than focus outwards on everyone else. They cannot make you happy or fill you up–only you can do that.
When we’re feeling bad, it’s another sign we’re focusing on things that aren’t aligned with our highest timeline. Sometimes I get in ruts where I worry too much about others and what they’re doing. When I realize what I’m doing, it NEVER fails that I start feeling a million times better by focusing on myself and doing what makes me feel good and connected.
Your job is YOU. What lights you up, what makes you happy, what turns you on. I trust that the Universe puts people, places and things in front of me as well as removes them. My goal is to enjoy fully whatever is placed before me, and trust that if something isn’t there, it isn’t meant to be right now.
And when I feel bored, lonely, scared, or any other upsetting emotion, I remember the first two steps (trusting my highest timeline exists, remaining calm & letting it pass) and I ask myself what would make me feel better in this moment.
4. Trust where you are
Abraham-Hicks always says “You can’t get it wrong and you’ll never get it done.” This means you can’t mess it up. You’re always where you’re meant to be, and always being moved forward in life towards your highest timeline, of which you’ll never get it all done because Abraham also says it would take you lifetimes upon lifetimes to live out all the good things you’ve created through your desires.
So you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be in this moment. You haven’t messed up or missed any opportunities. Sure, you may have spent some time thrashing around in resistance, but you’re in an eternal river of love that is still flowing you downstream even when you’re thrashing about in fear or worry.
You can relax and let go, and trust that you are being moved forward at all times. As Byron Katie always says “How do you know something was supposed to have happened? Because it DID.” It must’ve happened for your highest good and is moving you towards your highest timeline. This is what you have to trust.
Our job is never to try and understand or figure anything out. We don’t need to do that. Our job is to trust, surrender, and feel good. This raises you to the higher frequencies where the river is flowing faster towards all good things.
So to summarize:
- Know your highest timeline exists, and that you’re always moving toward it
- When upsetting things happen, remain calm and let them pass
- Focus on yourself and make yourself feel good
- Trust where you are and know you can’t get it wrong
How can I speed up my manifestation?
You can speed up your manifestations by FEELING GOOD now. It’s all about matching the energy. If you can feel good now and trust that it’s coming, it will come faster. Remember that your job is not to figure anything out, but only to focus on feeling good.
This might feel at times like you’re wasting time, but focusing on making yourself feel good is never a waste because it’s only elevating you to a higher frequency where good things can come into your experience that much quicker and easier.
And when you feel good, you have access to much higher frequency ideas and inspiration. So focus on feeling good and you will speed up your manifestations.
