Energy clearing is life right now.
We as a collective are currently going through some major energy shifts. I personally feel we're all being called on some level to step into a higher consciousness, closer to our soul selves. Our beautiful planet Earth is also shifting into a higher frequency, and her energetic shifts are affecting ours as well.
Are you feeling it? The intensity on some days, the pull towards something you can't quite put your finger on...it can be a little discombobulating. In today's post, I'm going to share some daily energy clearing practices to help you connect within and release anything in your field that isn't serving you.

The benefits of balanced, cleared energy
Energy is everything. Our bodies, thoughts and emotions are all energy and affect our field. Stress, fear, and anxiety shrink our energy field, while love, surrender, and forgiveness literally expand it.
It is so extremely normal to feel stress, fear, and anxiety. It comes with the package of this illusion of separation we signed up for before we came here. Our powerful and eager-to-evolve souls came knowing this, and intended to be present with it and transcend it.
Not to stuff it away, not to deny it, not to feel guilt or shame for feeling it...to be present with it, and surrender to it in order to transcend it.
It all starts with tending to our energy. When you take time every day to balance your energy, you are automatically bringing yourself into the present moment, acknowledging what's in your field, and gently releasing it.
This in turn eases and soothes any stress, fear, and anxiety. You step back into your power, which is a place of love and higher awareness.
You are energy. Your body is first energetic before it is physical. Your thoughts and emotions are energy. The energy clearing and balancing tips below will help immensely to keep your energy field free and flowing. You'll really feel the difference!
1. Donna Eden's daily energy routine
Donna Eden is this beautiful person whom I truly believe is an energy healer from the spirit world here to help us during this time of transition. She was born able to see people's energy and has worked most of her adult life as an energy healer.
You'll see what I mean when you watch one of her Youtube videos–she has such an uplifting and loving energy about her. Like a magical little fairy from the forest!
This past summer, I began practicing her very easy and simple daily energy routine. I usually do it before bed, although I will warn you that it's better to do this during the day. I can feel my energy really going afterwards which can make it hard to fall asleep.
No matter what time of day you do this though, you will help to clear and rebalance your energies. Even though I know the routine by heart now, I still play her video in the background just because she is so soothing. Since I do my exercises at night, I have a salt lamp on with some healing crystals on my nightstand, and it's a very recentering and calming part of my routine.
2. Meditation
If we all meditated, I can't even imagine the implications that would have on this world. Meditation is medicine. It is what connects you to that higher place within yourself. It is pretty much the equivalent of smoking a huge bowl of weed, except there's an even deeper connection that comes with it. You are calmer, more loving, and more present when you meditate daily.
I have two favorite ways of meditating right now. I've been reading some fascinating material by Dawson Chuch, PhD, about the studies done on the powerful benefits of eco meditation. It synchronizes the heart and brain, and Dawson created an 20 minute meditation that I have been loving.
If you find meditation difficult, I highly recommend trying the one I linked above (it's free). Once you've learned that meditation, you can use it during any other kind of meditation you're doing.
The second way I like to meditate is simply by listening to meditation music, sitting upright, and focusing on my breathing. Like I tell my kids, you essentially let your mind and body fall asleep while that inner YOU remains aware.
When this happens, there is a blissful feeling of elation, love, and complete peace. The benefits this has on your energy, mind, and body are mind boggling. The body and its organs and cells are nourished, the mind is calmed and rewired, your energy field is expanded, and you literally positively affect those around you like ripples in water. Your field vibrating at a higher frequency positively affects their field.
Meditation is connection to the place from where we came. It's our direct line home. You can ask for anything your energy is needing; cleansing, healing, rejuvenating, etc.
3. Creating a fluid body
Keeping your body fluid is something that will not only help your energy to flow better, but will also open up your intuitive abilities.
The simple ways I like to do this are through yoga, stretching, drinking water, and intuitively eating. Any kind of body movement is extremely beneficial for your energy, so whatever kinds of exercise you enjoy most are just fine.
I really love intuitive eating because your body will let you know exactly what it needs and what it doesn't want. Before I eat anything, I just first imagine eating it and I can feel whether that's a good choice for me or not. I prefer this method because I believe with all the diets and "rules" out there, it's overwhelming and also inaccurate since those diets were not made specifically for YOUR body. Let your body tell you what it wants, not anyone else, no matter how educated they are.
Move your body in a way that pleases you, eat food that feels good, and hydrate yourself like you do your favorite plants and flowers. You will feel so good and your energy will be dancing.
4. Connecting with Source, soul energy & spirit guides
Are you in contact with Source? Do you have an open dialogue with your spirit guide? Did you know that you always have access to your higher Soul knowledge?
The traditional term is praying, but speaking daily to your Source and spirit guide are simple yet powerful ways to stay present, aware, and energetically in alignment.
I personally see our souls as travelers here, experiencing all there is to be experienced in the physical form, from the illusion of separateness to feeling the physical sensation of a breeze on our face. Whether you realize it or not, you are never alone and are actually always being guided. Every person on this earth has a personal spirit guide.
If you'd like to read more about the validity of that, you should check out books written by hypnotherapists who have regressed thousands of people from all over the world, all ages and races, and find that they all say the same things under hypnosis about spirit guides and the spirit world. I recommend Dr. Michael Newton as a great place to start.
You can start by talking with your guide and asking for assistance. Ask for signs and don't chalk them up to coincidence when they show up (because they absolutely will show up). Saying thank you throughout your day for anything you're appreciating not only raises your vibration, but brings you closer to your soul energy.
Another thing you can do during meditation is feel your crown chakra opening at the top of your head and inviting your guide to channel through you. This takes practice as your frequency needs to be high and open, but connecting in this way is truly powerful and very healing at the same time for your energy field.
5. Recommended books for daily energy alignment
I like having a small set of reading material that powerfully helps to reset me and keep me in a place of remembering not to get so caught up in the "realities" of this world. Yes, I am here to experience this world and life, but I don't want to forget that it's also just a "play" and the perceived drama is nothing to unravel myself over.
While some books are made for a short daily read, others you can use in the same way by setting a short reading amount, such as a page or two. This makes such a difference for your mindset energy and can set the tone of your day.
I'm recommending the following books specifically because they help to bring you into the present moment, to dispel illusions, and to help clear mental energy that is not supportive to your being:
- A Course in Miracles daily lessons
- The Book of Awakening
- The Power of Now (I read 1-2 pages at a time)
These are just what I personally read, but I encourage you to read whatever books resonate with you. If there's a book that really shifted your life, add that book to your daily practice and read a page or two a day. There are also lots of daily meditation books out there to choose from.
