Hi Ash, I say go with what you love to do in the morning, and if that includes using your phone or tablet to read or color, that is something you should do!
Jessica,
I absolutely love your morning routine and can't wait to try some of it for myself. I definitely struggle with the whole no phone thing, especially since I get up very early when it's still dark outside. I like using the bright, blue light screen to help fully wake up. I found that either reading blogs like this one, coloring in a mindful coloring app, or reading on my tablet seemed to fix the problem, but I would love to hear your opinion on this.

Yes, it's really amazing how re-setting even 30 mins can be. Even better when you can set up your rooms to be relaxing, like putting string lights up in your bathroom for example for low-lighting and listening to something that re-centers you (I always listen to Abraham Hicks on YouTube). ALL the difference. And with you being INFP, for sure little things like that would really help to re-set and inspire you. I think most INFPs are more easily over-stimulated so things like low-lighting and calm spaces really help so much.
