I didn&#039;t either! I thought it was further confirmation that I was starting the dying process (hello, anxiety!) but my husband was the one who told that anxiety attacks make you feel that way. I didn&#039;t even know at that point I was having anxiety, I thought everything was real and actually happening. It&#039;s amazing what our minds can do in a space like that.]]></description>

I have been dealing with a similar situation, strong hours or days of stress and anxiety with weird on and off flu symptoms that last maybe an hour or so. I just always get told &quot;maybe you&#039;re getting sick&quot; but I never do, it always leaves and comes back when I&#039;m stressed again, I thought I was going crazy! Even my doctor hasn&#039;t been able to help me. Thank you, I&#039;m happy to finally have something to look into, to get better.]]></description>
