Sessions
Everyone faces different challenges when it comes to aligning with mind, body, and soul wellness. I'll work closely with you to identify and overcome your self-limiting beliefs.
I'll provide you with the practical tools, mindset shifts, and personalized support you need as we walk together to your desired destination.
How will we meet
All sessions are one hour long and held by telephone or Zoom from my sacred self-care space, full of love, privacy, and magic.
Session options
I now offer email sessions for my video-anxious clients ❤️ Sessions are non-transferable. No refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
You can change or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your session. After that, you cannot make changes or cancellations.
Paid sessions are non-refundable but may be used up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
No-show appointments will be considered forfeit, and payment is expected for the time held.
