Regular, consistent self-care is a game changer. In this post, I’ll be sharing the ultimate list of self-care subscription boxes that will inspire you to incorporate more self-care time into your schedule.
The benefit of self-care subscription boxes
One of my favorite ways to grow my collection of self-care and spiritual items is through subscription boxes. A few months ago I shared my favorite witchy subscription boxes, which is how I’ve collected the majority of my crystals, essential oils and sprays, candles and incense.
My self-care routine is how I connect with myself, ground and manage feelings such as anxiety. You don’t need much to practice self-care–I started out with just a candle and a journal–but self-care tools and items do help with inspiration for practicing self-care.
And who doesn’t love a gift in the mail every month?
I decided to scan the market for self-care subscription boxes and share my favorites here. For me, self-care is more than just some pretty items. The boxes below are the ones that I found to have substantial tools that could truly aid in the implementation of self-care.
I really like how this box seems to come with a lot of usable items every month without being expensive. I also like that they seem to focus on lots of aromatherapy products, which I always use to help ground and de-stress myself.

I have been learning so much about the energy of crystals over the last year and I definitely include crystals into my self-care routine. You can hold them, lay them on your body, or put them in the bath with you (not all crystals can go in water though). They help with so many things but I especially am drawn to the grounding stones and gems.

Every crystal is hand-selected with care and intention each month.

The Incense Box
The Incense Box
Update: This box was canceled as of September 2018. Their supplier actually passed away and they were no longer able to continue since the new supplier charged so much more. I’m going to be trying this new incense box, Karma Scents, and will report back!
I like that this box is focused solely on baths and they send quite a few items. A long bath can truly be a chance to completely unwind and relax your body.

I was hesitant to share two bath boxes but I think they’re different enough from each other and too awesome to leave either one off the list. This box has a more spiritual and natural feel to it, which I’m really drawn to.
